Administrative coordination and spiritual oversight remain essential components in the structured governance of the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC). In line with this framework, the Shepherd of Celestial Church of Christ Great Oshoffa Parish, 6850 W. Addison Street, Chicago, has been appointed State Supervisor for Illinois and Indiana by the USA National Diocese under the leadership of VSE Olaitan Balogun.
Addressing the circumstances surrounding his appointment, AVSE Benjamin Oshoffa stated that his decision to accept the role was rooted in prayer and spiritual confirmation rather than personal aspiration.
“When the information about my appointment was communicated to me, I committed it to prayer and sought divine direction. It was only after gaining clarity through prayer that I embraced the responsibility,” he explained.
He stressed that the assignment goes beyond a title, emphasizing that the true focus is service and impact. According to him, the priority is to advance evangelism across Illinois and Indiana by reinforcing parish administration, fostering unity among shepherds and church workers, and ensuring the consistent proclamation of the message of salvation.
AVSE Oshoffa also expressed deep appreciation to the USA National Diocese for the confidence entrusted to him. He acknowledged the significance of the responsibility and pledged dedication to the mandate.
In addition, he conveyed gratitude to members of CCC Great Oshoffa Parish, Chicago, noting that their unwavering prayers, cooperation, and commitment have played a vital role in the ministry’s growth.
