Just In: Autopsy Report Clears Celestial Shepherd And James Aso Of Murder Allegations
James Godwin Aso, shepherd of the Celestial Church of Christ, has been absolved of murder charges after being accused of the killing of a laborer known as ‘Dongo’ in Ajah last year.
The popular shepherd was suspected of murdering a community laborer who lived near the church, CCC Overcomers, who perished while evacuating Soakaway to the Celestial Juvenile Harvest a few days before.
As a result of the false accusation, the church’s shepherd, Aso, and other members were critically injured. The enraged mob also set fire to the church edifice after vandalizing it and stealing approximately N50 million in valuables.
Some bloggers were overly authoritative in spreading fake allegations, posting unverified videos on social media saying the former CCC DMC shepherd had murdered ‘Dongo.’ Some of his parts were removed for rituals.
According to an unnamed source from Ajah, where the incident occurred, the laborer may have consumed alcohol before performing the soakaway exercise, which is a common practice in most circumstances.
In an exclusive interview with James Aso, he stated that God has vindicated him against those who believe in evil and that his trial period has ended with praise.
