Church members are now demanding more explicit doctrinal guidelines from CCC leadership to maintain the principles set forth by Pastor S.B.J. Oshoffa, the church’s founder. Oshoffa. The statement emphasized that the primary goal is to share Christ’s love without obscuring key theological differences.

What a shame!
The post may have had good intentions in promoting love and understanding. However, it misrepresents biblical truth by implying that Christianity and Islam share the same foundation. The core beliefs of Christianity cannot be compromised, especially concerning Jesus’ identity, salvation, and the exclusivity of the Gospel. Acts 4:12, John 14:6
The level of ignorance and failure to stand for the truth is deeply concerning. It is highly disappointing that an entire assembly—the headquarters, no less—would endorse such statements. Over time, the Celestial Church of Christ (C.C.C.) has been plagued by misconduct, irresponsibility, and misleading teachings from certain individuals—shepherds, prophets, and so-called “TikTok prophets” who spread falsehoods.
I have often remained silent on such matters, trusting that Jesus will raise ministers who will boldly proclaim the truth—ministers who will not be swayed by manipulation, deception, or compromise.
However, this situation is particularly grievous. It is both disrespectful and dishonouring to the Scriptures and the testimony of Jesus Christ. How can those who claim to be guided by the Spirit contradict the very hymns they sing—hymns they believe were Spirit-inspired?
By endorsing universalism to the extent of inviting an Islamic cleric to speak in the Church of Jesus Christ, one must ask—to speak on what exactly? On Mary? On Jesus? What message could they possibly bring that aligns with the gospel of Christ? Have we run out of anointed preachers and teachers within this fold who can rightly divide the Word of Truth?
Through this compromise, you have undermined the very foundation of the Scriptures you claim to believe in—the identity of Jesus Christ, His works and words, the essence of the church, and the testimony of the Holy Spirit. Even the hymns you profess to hold sacred, such as Hymn 283, which declares Jesus as the only way, stand in direct contradiction to this act. Colossians 2:8
It is my earnest prayer that God will raise voices of truth—fearless, uncompromising, and faithful to His Word.
