Evang Segun Ilori’s Body Held By Egypt Hospital; Remaining Balance Of #840,000 Naira

Evang Segun Ilori’s Body

The tragic story of Evang Segun Ilori, who passed away on November 28th, 2023, in Cairo, Egypt, continues to unravel with many unresolved questions surrounding his sudden departure. Throughout his illness, which included a diagnosis of kidney malfunction, anemia, and platelet shortage, a substantial amount of 22,000Le (equivalent to approximately 650,000 Naira in Nigerian currency) was spent.

Unfortunately, the hospital has now presented a bill of 51,199.44Le, totaling a staggering 1.3 million Nigerian Naira. The Ketu Main Office (Pastor’s Office) has already contributed #760,000 Naira, leaving a remaining balance of #840,000 Naira before the hospital can release the deceased’s body for burial.

In addition to these expenses, there are other costs that need to be covered, including ambulance provision (#80,000 Naira), land for the burial of a foreigner ($100,000 Naira), a coffin (#70,000 Naira), and miscellaneous expenses for clothing, bathing, and other necessities (#50,000 Naira), which accumulate to a total of #300,000 Naira.

We kindly request your assistance by making a donation to the same account details where the Pastor’s Office fund was previously sent:

Account Name: Moses Ojo Peter
Account Number: 0462628430
Bank: GTB Bank

It is important to note that the individual (non-Celestial member) who acted as a guarantor for Evang Segun Ilori is now being sought by the hospital, as his passport was deposited prior to the patient’s admission.

We appeal to your generosity and compassion to help settle these outstanding expenses, allowing Evang Segun Ilori’s family to bid their final farewell in peace. Your support will make a significant difference in their lives during this challenging time.
