Evang. GKO: CCC Aprons Are A “Spiritual Rag”

I believe it’s time for a change in our church (CCC). The CCC aprons worn by our sidemen and women inside the church are, in my view, inappropriate. We should also return to the traditional pajaspa method for offering collections, instead of the many new styles we’re seeing.

Frankly, these CCC aprons feel like a spiritual distraction, almost like a “rag” – a symbol of something not quite right. Think about the story of Joshua the priest in Zechariah 3:1-6. It’s a powerful lesson.

I understand some may disagree, but this isn’t about arguing; it’s about upholding our traditions. Our porters (Adena) already have distinct clothing. Why are we adopting trends that contradict our established practices?

Shepherds, I urge you to consider this. It’s a matter of spiritual significance, and while you’re free to make your own decisions, I hope you’ll choose what’s best for your members. This is a divine message, but ultimately, the choice is yours.
