The Celestial Church of Christ (C.C.C) has announced an urgent and compulsory meeting for all Posted Shepherds, Assistant Venerable Superior Evangelists (AVSEs), Venerable Superior Evangelists (VSEs), and Assistant Most Superior Evangelists (AMSEs). The meeting is set to take place on Friday, 19th September 2025, at the Lagos State Headquarters, Agidingbi, Lagos, beginning at 10:00 am prompt.
According to the directive, all Posted Shepherds are required to come along with their Letters of Transfer, which will be presented to the Chairman of the Task Force Corps, C.C.C Worldwide, AMSE Firmin Akinbode Adjovi, for verification. The leadership emphasized that attendance at this meeting is not optional, but compulsory, stressing that it is in the best interest of all concerned clergy members to comply.
In addition, the church leadership has also scheduled a verification exercise tagged “Operation Show Your Anointment Certificates.” This second session will involve all clergy who were officially anointed during the anointment exercise concluded in March 2025. These include AVSEs, VSEs, and AMSEs.
Participants are expected to present their Anointment Certificates directly to AMSE Firmin Adjovi for verification. This exercise will begin immediately after the shepherds’ meeting at 12:00 noon prompt, still at the Lagos State Headquarters, Agidingbi.
The announcement, issued by the Sup. Evang. Kayode Ajala underscores the seriousness of this gathering, as both sessions have been described as compulsory. The leadership warns that failure to attend or present the required documents may have consequences regarding recognition and placement within the church structure.
This development highlights the church’s renewed commitment to proper documentation, transparency, and accountability in leadership roles across the Celestial Church of Christ. Members and clergy are urged to take note of the date, time, and requirements to avoid missing out on this critical exercise.
